visited my eldest sister (along) last wednesday, very thoughtful of her giving me an old pressure lantern she recently found in her store...knowing very well that his youngest brother just luv picking and doin' restoration...previously i took from her our late grandma's brass iron...haha!
the one she gave me was made in germany (brand standard momento), easily 50 years old plus...after doin' sand paper to it, the steel seems like brass ( real nice quality - yupss old is gold! ), so i decided to leave it as it is...just paint the reflector cover white...need to scout for head cover and then to do lil bit of wiring.
here she is... in line with the other 2 pressure lanterns (brand petromax and butterfly) i had restored.
