two prominent figures during 'war of current' era in 1880s....
tesla, inventor of ac current that we re using nowdays, plus some weird gadgets and suprisingly of all (incomplete work) was his idea to give the world free energy!
some claimed that edison was a thief and that he died a rich and powerful man surrounded by friends because he robbed tesla's ideas and others like him...meanwhile, tesla died broke and miserable and lonely with his closest friends being wild pigeons he had enticed into his room at the Hotel New Yorker.
had posted about him in my blog previously...sharing here documentary clips as a tribute to an unsung hero...i guess a man who was ahead of his time.
it was said that his paper documents mysteriously went missing after his death....
